THROUGH EDUCATION, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND GOAL ADVANCEMENT, OUR PROGRAM EMPOWERS FAMILIES TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT AND BREAK THE CYCLE OF HOMELESSNESS. THE FACILITIES INCLUDE 4 CAMPUSES, ALL LOCATED IN BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.

OPERATES A 12-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX, A 5 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX, AND 8 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES TO HOUSE HOMELESS WOMEN WITH CHILDREN WHILE PROVIDING RESOURCES TO ENABLE THEM TO ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY IN 12 TO 24 MONTHS, INCLUDING LIFE SKILLS, RENTING, NUTRITION, MONEY MANAGEMENT, HEALTH CARE, GED PREPARATION AND ACCESS TO EDUCATION TO FURTHER JOB READINESS.
