THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WAS STILL HAVING RESIDUAL IMPACTS ON MANY OF OUR FUNCTIONS DURING 2023. IN 2023 VIRGINIA VOICES WAS ABLE TO ORGANIZE AND PRESENT A CHRISTMAS PROGRAM AT THE VIRGINIA BEACH SANDLER CENTER ATTENDED BY ABOUT 1,000 PEOPLE. PROVIDED LIMITED VOLUNTEER SUPPORT TO VARIOUS CHARITIES IN TIDEWATER VIRGINIA WHEN PERMITED BY FEFDERAL AND STATE GUIDANCE. PLANNIG TO RETURN WITH OUR WORK WITH CHURCHES IN THE AREA SUPPORTING THEIR COMMUNITY OUTREACH EFFORTS TO BRING A CHRISTIAN MESSAGE TO THE COMMUNITY THRU SONG. PROVIDE SMALL PROGRAM CONCERTS IN NURSING HOMES AND ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES IN THE AREA TO PROVIDE COMFORT AND ENTERTAINMENT TO THE RESIDENTS. THIS WILL INCLUDE WORK IN VETERANS' ADMINISTRATION FACILITIES IN HAMTON ROADS TO PROVIDE ENTERTAINMENT TO OUR MILITARY PERSONNEL. BEGAN CONSIDERATION OF FUTURE MISSION TRIP(S). FUNDS ARE BEING ACCUMULATED AND CORRDINATION TO DETERMINE AN APPROPRIATE LOCATION ARE UNDEERWAY.
