THE FELLOWS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET TOP POLICY MAKERS AND NETWORK WITH THEIR PEERS. THE FELLOWS WRITE AN ORIGINAL RESEARCH PAPER ON THE PRESIDENCY AND/OR CONGRESS AND ATTENDED A 3-DAY CONFERENCE IN WASHINGTON, DC TWICE A YEAR. B) THE INTERNATIONAL FELLOWS PROGRAM - SINCE 2011, CSPC INTERNATIONAL FELLOWS PARTICIPATE IN THE PRESIDENTIAL FELLOWS PROGRAM. SCHOLARS FROM INTERNATIONAL COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES JOIN THE PRESIDENTIAL FELLOWS AND ALSO PARTICIPATE IN AN EXPANDED WEEK-LONG CONFERENCE ONCE A YEAR.
