THE NCRC COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND IS A NON PROFIT THAT MEASURES THE SUCCESS OF ITS INVESTMENTS BY FINANCIAL RETURN AND POSITIVE SOCIAL IMPACT IN ITS MARKETS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES, SERVING WOMEN AND MINORITY-OWNED BUSINESSES, AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND HOME OWNERSHIP. TO DATE, NCRC CDFI HAS DIRECTLY LENT OVER $5,400,000 TO WOMEN, MINORITY, AND LOW INCOME OWNED BUSINESSES IN TARGET MARKET AREAS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. NCRC CDFI HAS ALSO PROVIDED LOANS TO REHAB OR DEVELOP OVER 900 HOMES PRIMARILY IN LOW TO MODERATE INCOME CENSUS TRACTS OR FOR LOW TO MODERATE INCOME PERSONS.
