CHARITIES IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH GRANT-MAKING, MOBILIZATION OF COMMUNITY LEADERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS AND OTHER FUNDERS TO HELP THE COMMUNITIES THEY LIVE AND WORK IN.
