THE YOUNG WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP ACADEMY WAS FOUNDED IN 2007 TO ENHANCE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR GIRLS IN HAMILTON COUNTY, TENNESSEE. THE FOUNDATION SPONSORS THE CHATTANOOGA GIRLS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY AND MONTESSORI ELEMENTARY AT HIGHLAND PARK, PROVIDING ON-GOING ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT.
