SMALL GRANT FUNDING TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS IN CHINA. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE CALL FOR PROPOSALS, APPROVAL OF PROPOSALS, TRAVEL FOR TRAINING, DELIVERING FUNDING, FOLLOW-UP OF SERVICES DELIVERED. PROVIDE GRANTS TO ACTIVISTS AND RESEARCHERS AND OFFER LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO VICTIMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES.
