EMERGENCY BACK PACK PROGRAM: THE PROGRAM WAS CREATED TO PROVIDE A START-UP ON EMERGENCY SUPPLIES AND EDUCATE KIDNEY PATIENTS ON DISASTER AND EMERGENCY READINESS WHILE LIVING WITH A KIDNEY DISORDER. THE PROGRAM WORKS TO HELP EDUCATE KIDNEY PATIENTS ABOUT BEING PREPARED FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND HELPS PROVIDE THE RESOURCE SERVICES THEY MAY NEED WITHIN THE COMMUNITY TO SURVIVE
