SHREE MAHARISHI BHRIGU ASHRAM OPERATES A MEDITATION CENTER IN TRABUCO CANYON, CALIFORNIA. GROUP MEDITATIONS ARE REGULARLY PERFORMED AT THE CENTER TO HELP CALM THE MIND, IMPROVE HEALTH, AND OVERALL IMPROVE THE LIVES OF MANY. THE NUMBER OF SESSIONS ARE PROJECTED TO INCREASE MORE IN THE COMING YEARS THAT WILL BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY TREMENDOUSLY.
SHREE MAHARISHI BHRIGU ASHRAM REGULARLY FACILITIATES DIVINE PROGRAMS, INCLUDING MEDITATION RETREATS, THAT INITIATE FOLKS INTO THE MEDITATIVE PRACTICE THROUGHOUT USA AND ABROAD. THIS IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE A LOT IN THE COMING YEARS.
IN NOVEMBER OF 2021, SHREE MAHARISHI BHRIGU ASHRAM MADE TWO SIGNIFICANT REAL PROPERTY PURCHASES AS FOLLOWS: (1) 5.1 ACRES OF LAND, BUILDINGS, AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED AT 19701 LIVE OAK CANYON ROAD, TRABUCO CANYON, CA 92679 AND (2) 0.45 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT 30271 CANYON CREEK, TRABUCO CANYON, CA 92679. THE LIVE OAK CANYON PROPERTY OPERATES AS A MEDITATION CENTER. ON THE CANYON CREEK PROPERTY, THE ASHRAM ENVISIONS CONSTRUCTING FACILITIES TO SERVE MULTI-DAY RETREATS AS WELL AS A CHARITABLE FOOD PANTRY AND COMMUNITY DINING AREA. ACQUISITION-RELATED EXPENSES ARE CAPITALIZED AND REFLECTED ON THE BALANCE SHEET IN PART X AND SCHEDULE D, PART VI.
