NRMEDD ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR 2023 INCLUDE:1. AFTER LAUNCHING THE SOUTHWEST MONTANA MANUFACTURING PARTNERSHIP IN 2022, NRMEDD HAS CONTINUED TO SUPPORT AND CREATE MANUFACTURING COLLABORATIONS WITHIN THE REGION. 2. NRMEDD CONTINUED SUPPORTING REGION-WIDE CHILDCARE BY LEADING THE CHILD TASK FORCE THROUGHOUT GALLATIN COUNTY. THIS GROUP OF STAKEHOLDERS FOCUSED ON ADVANCING CHILDCARE BY INCREASING ITS AVAILABILITY AND AFFORDABILITY THROUGHOUT THE REGION.A. NOTEWORTHY EFFORTS INCLUDE THE BIG SKY CHILDCARE NEEDS ASSESSMENT REPORT.3. NRMEDD CONTINUED SUPPORTING INITIATIVES THAT ADVANCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE QUANTUM INDUSTRY THROUGHOUT MONTANA, INCLUDING SUPPORTING MSU IN VARIOUS GRANT APPLICATIONS TO FUND THIS WORK.4. NRMEDD COMPLETED AN ECONOMIC IMPACT ANALYSIS FOR THE BIG SKY COMMUNITY.5. NRMEDD PROVIDED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, COMMUNITY COORDINATION, AND ONGOING BUSINESS SUPPORT TO THE COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT PARK COUNTY IN RESPONSE TO THE HISTORIC FLOODING THAT CLOSED YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK.A. IT IS WORTH NOTING THAT NRMEDD HAS FORMED A COLLABORATION WITH OTHER NON-PROFITS AND STAKEHOLDERS IN PARK COUNTY TO APPLY FOR AN EDA DISASTER RECOVERY GRANT. WORK ON THIS IS ONGOING. 6. NRMEDD BEGAN AND COMPLETED THE COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY PROCESS BY ENGAGING STAKEHOLDER GROUPS THROUGHOUT GALLATIN AND PARK COUNTIES AND DEVELOPING A FIVE YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE TWO COUNTY DISTRICT.7. NRMEDD BEGAN TO REVAMP ITS REVOLVING LOAN PLAN (RLF) TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES IN GAP FINANCING.8. NRMEDD HAS COLLABORATED WITH MADISON COUNTY TO CREATE AND SUPPORT A HOUSING COORDINATOR POSITION TO ADDRESS COMMUNITY HOUSING NEEDS. 9. NRMEDD PROVIDED TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH GALLATIN COUNTY TO FACILITATE THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESIDENT OWNED COMMUNITIES, SEEKING TO PRESERVE MOBILE HOME PARKS AS A MEANS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING. 10.
