VOLUNTEERS ARE TRAINED TO BE SPECIAL ADVOCATES FOR ABUSED AND/OR NEGLECTED CHILDREN. THESE VOLUNTEERS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE CHILDREN 24 HOURS PER DAY, SEVEN DAYS PER WEEK, AMOUNTING TO 3,000+ HOURS SPENT ON CASES AND 8,000+ MILES DRIVEN FOR CASES. DURING THE CURRENT YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION SERVED 114 CHILDREN, CLOSED 20 CASES, AND TRAINED 14 NEW VOLUNTEERS.
