ULTIMATELY, THROUGH GRANTS AND DISTRIBUTIONS TO THESE LOCAL COMMUNITIES, LLS WILL HELP CREATE BETTER COMMUNITIES FOR THE LOCAL STUDENTS FOR WHICH IT IS PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL INSTRUCTION.
