PROVIDED FUNDING FOR 72 LIFE-SAVING SURGERIES FOR POOR CHILDREN WITH HEART DEFECTS IN KENYA AND 4 DIAGNOSTIC CATHERIZATIONS. PROVIDED FOLLOW-UP, SUSTAINING MEDICAL CARE AND MEDICINE. EXPENSES INCLUDE INSURANCE COORDINATION, TRAVEL DOCUMENT COORDINATION, MEDICATION AND SURGERY CONSUMABLES.
ACCOMODATED 70 FAMILIES AT THE FAMILY SUPPORT CENTER IN KENYA FOR PATIENTS AND THEIR CAREGIVERS WHILE RECEIVING TESTING AND TREATMENT, INCLUDES ROOM AND BOARD AND TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENT. ALSO INCLUDES ASSISTANCE WITH BIRTH CERTIFICATES, NHIF APPLICATION, INSTRUCTIONS TO CARE FOR CHILDREN POST SURGERY.
