IT UTILIZES INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES THAT SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE BOTH THE COSTS LOCAL COMMUNITIES WOULD OTHERWISE INCUR IN TRADITIONAL RESEARCH MISSIONS AND THE AMOUNT OF TIME REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT AND COMPLETE A SEARCH.
