THE FOUNDATION OWNS A PARK WHICH IS LOCATED IN INDIANA BOROUGH, PA AND WHITE TOWNSHIP, PA. THE PARK INCLUDES A SWIMMING POOL, PICNIC AREAS, CHILDRENS'RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT, PAVILLIONS,LVESTOCK BARNS, EXHIBIT BUILDINGS, TRACK, GRANDSTANDS, AND ATHLETIC FIELDS. THE SWIMMING POOL IS OPERATED BY THE COUNTY YMCA. VARIOUS SPORTS ACTIVITIES FOR BOTH YOUTH AND ADULTS TAKE PLACE WITHIN THE PARK. IN 2010, THE FOUNDATION COMPLETED WORK ON A 1,226,000 RENOVATION TO ITS SWIMMING POOL. IN 2013, THE SWIMMING POOL BUILDING, WHICH INCLUDES BATHROOMS, CHANGING AREAS, LIFE GUARD FACILITIES, AND A CONCESSION AREA WERE RENOVATED AT A COST OF 639,000. THESE MAJOR UPGRADES WERE FUNDED WITH PUBLIC AND CORPORATE DONATIONS, STATE AND LOCAL GRANTS, AND DEBT. A LINE OF CREDIT WAS ESTABLISHED WITH A LOCAL BANK TO PROVIDE BRIDGE FINANCING FOR THESE PROJECTS. IN 2015, A PORTION OF THIS LINE WAS CONVERTED INTO A TERM LOAN BEING REPAID OVER A TEN YEAR PERIOD.
