THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS EFFORTS THAT SERVE THE MARGINAL AND THE POOR, THAT PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF PEACEFUL, EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES, AND THAT PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT. IT WILL ALSO CONSIDER PROJECTS FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND AROUND THE WORLD THAT ARE DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE FOUR CONGREGATIONS AS WELL AS SIMILAR EFFORTS ENDORSED BY THE CONGREGATIONS.THE FOUNDATION PROMOTES THE COMMON GOOD IN WAYS THAT INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:1) EDUCATION FOR PEACE, NON-VIOLENCE, AND SOCIAL JUSTICE2) JOB CREATION AND TRAINING3) LOW INCOME HOME AND LAND OWNERSHIP4) PREVENTION OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND CARE FOR ITS VICTIMS5) PROMOTION OF UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION AMONG RACIAL, RELIGIOUS AND ETHNIC GROUPS6) DEVELOPMENT FOR SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURETHE FOUNDATION WILL CONTINUALLY LOOK FOR WAYS TO COLLABORATE WITH OTHER FOUNDATIONS DEDICATED TO SOCIAL JUSTICE.
