THE ACADEMY OF TRIAL LAWYERS OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY ESTABLISHES AND MAINTAINS A GROUP OF SKILLED, EXPERIENCED AND RESPECTED CIVIL TRIAL LAWYERS, REPRESENTATIVE OF BOTH PLAINTIFFS AND DEFENDANTS, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING AND ENHANCING THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE.

THE ACADEMY OF TRIAL LAWYERS OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY HAS A MASTER OF TRIAL ADVOCACY RETREAT WHICH INCLUDES SEMINARS AND MEETINGS FOR LAWYERS AND JUDGES. THIS RETREAT IS BENEFICIAL TO ALL MEMBERS WHO ATTEND AND MEMBERS RECEIVE REQUIRED CLE CREDITS. THIS PROGRAM WAS NOT HELD DURING 2021 DUE TO COVID-19.
THE ACADEMY OF TRIAL LAWYERS OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY HAS A FEDERAL PRACTICE SEMINAR, WHICH INVOLVES FEDERAL COURT PRACTICE AND PROCEDURES. THIS SEMINAR IS BENEFICIAL TO ALL MEMBERS WHO ATTEND AND MEMBERS RECEIVE REQUIRED CLE CREDITS.
