VITALANT FOUNDATION (FORMERLY KNOWN AS BLOOD SCIENCE FOUNDATION) PROVIDES FUNDING TO VITALANT TO SUPPORT THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION, IN AN AMOUNT EQUALLY OR EXCEEDING THE DISTRIBUTABLE AMOUNT AS DESCRIBED IN TREASURY REGULATION 1.509(A)-4(I)(5)(II). THE FOUNDATION ALSO FUNDED A STUDY DURING THE PERIOD FOR $330,295.
