DIRECT AND GRASSROOTS ADVOCACY CONCERNING COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA PUBLIC POLICIES REGARDING RESPONSE TO AND RECOVERY FROM THE COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY. THIS WORK INCLUDED BUT WAS NOT LIMITED TO CHANGES IN SNAP PROGRAM BENEFITS AND ELIGIBILITY RULES, AND PLANS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF PANDEMIC EBT BENEFITS TO REPLACE LOST SCHOOL AND SUMMER MEALS FOR CHILDREN.
