HOME DELIVERED MEALS - NUTRITIOUS MEALS ARE DELIVERED TO ELIGIBLE PERSONS ON A WEEKLY BASIS IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO PREPARE THEIR DAILY MEAL. SERVED 85,477 MEALS TO 540 CLIENTS.
PERSONAL CARE - A SERVICE THAT PROVIDES IN-HOME PERSONAL CARE TO SENIOR CITIZENS - 27,252 HOURS OF CARE.
SENIOR COMMUNITY CENTER SERVICES - REPRESENTS THE COST OF OPERATING CENTERS FOR PERSONS AGED 60 AND OLDER FOR SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. THERE ARE FOUR CENTERS AND ONE SATELLITE CENTER. SERVED 16,860 UNITS OF SERVICE TO 528 UNDUPLICATED PARTICIPANTS.
