BUTLER HEALTH SYSTEM DIRECTLY HOLDS THE BUILDING ASSETS FOR THE PRIMARY CARE ASSOCIATES PHYSICIAN PRACTICE AND A 51% INTEREST IN THE BUTLER AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER.
