VICTIM OUTREACH INTERVENTION CENTER (VOICE) PROVIDES FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO ARE VICTIMS OF CRIME. VOICE WORKS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY TO BRING ABOUT SOCIAL CHANGE AND PROVIDE VICTIMS WITH THE ABILITY TO TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES. VOICE SERVES APPROXIMATELY 3,000 CLIENTS PER YEAR. VOICE ISSUES A QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER AND VARIOUS BROCHURES.
