HOUSING - PROVIDING PROGRAMS THAT ASSIST CLIENTS FACING RENTAL ISSUES, INCLUDING SUPPORTING CLIENTS WHO ARE FACING FORECLOSURE OF THEIR HOMES AND PROVIDING COUNSELING SUPPORT AND MONITORING FAIR HOUSING.
