TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC STANDARDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS OF ITS MEMBERS THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING WITH EMPLOYERS. THE UNION NEGOTIATES LABOR CONTRACTS FOR ITS MEMBERS PROVIDING COMPETITIVE WAGES, HEALTH AND RETIREMENT BENEFITS, AND SAFE WORKING CONDITIONS AND REPRESENTS ITS MEMBERS IN DISPUTES WITH MANAGEMENT.
