WRCA IS A SEPARATELY INCORPORATED CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL ROOFING CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION. WRCA PROVIDES EDUCATION AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ROOFING CONTRACTORS AND PROVIDES INDUSTRY REPRESENTATION AS NECESSARY TO ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF THE INDUSTRY.
