THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BEST CIVIC SPIRIT OF THE COMMUNITY, AND TO SUPPORT THE EFFORTS OF LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO ENCOURAGE FRIENDSHIP AND SOCIAL RELATIONS AMONG ITS MEMBERS TO SHARE AND ENJOY ITALIAN CULTURE, FOLKWAYS, AND TRADITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE PRINCIPLES AND PURPOSES OF AMERICAN DEMOCRACY TO ENCOURAGE THE TEACHING AND LEARNING OF THE ITALIAN LANGUAGE, TO ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST IN THE NATURALIZATION AND ORIENTATION OF THOSE OF ITALIAN BIRTH, TO ENCOURAGE GOODWILL AMONG ALL ITALIAN AMERICAN ORGANIZATIONS AND TO COOPERATE WITH ALL OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AS MAY SHARE OUR INTERESTS AND OBJECTIVES.
