MCHS SPAYED AND NEUTERED 423 CATS AND DOGS DURING THE YEAR WITH THE AID OF FUNDING FROM THE PETERMAN FOUNDATION, THE CITY OF FAIRMONT AND THE WV DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.
