THE MISSION OF THE SHULER RESTORATION COMMISSION INC. IS TO PRESERVE AND CONTINUE THE RESTORATION OF THE SHULER THEATER. TO CREATE IMPROVED FACILITIES CONDUCTIVE TO THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF INSTRUCTION IN AND PRODUCTION OF THE PERFORMING ARTS AND TO MARKET AND HELP OPERATE THE SHULER THEATER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF RATON AS A PERFORMING ARTS VENUE AND TOURIST ATTRACTION. THE RESULTS OF WHICH WILL BE TO HELP PROVIDE CONTINUING EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR NORTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO AND SOUTHEASTERN COLORADO COMMUNITIES.
