PROVIDE A BROAD RANGE OF OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION EXPERIENCES FOR STUDENTS AGES 4 TO 16 FROM ALL ECONOMIC, SOCIAL, AND CULTURAL BACKGROUNDS THROUGH DAY CAMPS DURING SUMMER, WINTER, AND SPRING SCHOOL BREAKS.
