ANNUAL EVENTS, NEWSLETTERS, INFORMAL BROCHURES, WALKING TOURS AND ORAL HISTORY.
ENDANGERED PROPERTIES PROGRAM, OPEN DURHAM AND PRESERVATION EQUITY PROJECT - EFFORT TO INDENTIFY AND PRESERVE AT-RISK PROPERTIES, FACILITATE DESIGNATION OF NATIONAL REGISTER HISTORIC DISTRICTS, AND HELP LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME HOMEOWNERS IN HISTORIC DISTRICTS RETAIN OWNERSHIP OF THEIR PROPERTIES WHILE PROTECTING ARCHITECTURAL CHARACTER.
