THE MSU CHM UPPER PENINSULA EDUCATION CORPORATION IS A COLLABORATIVE MEDICAL EDUCATION CORPORATION FUNDED BY THE MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF HUMAN MEDICINE AND UP HEALTH SYSTEM MARQUETTE, DEDICATED TO THE MEDICAL EDUCATION OF THEIR MEDICAL STUDENTS AND RESIDENTS, AND THE FACILITATION OF MEDICAL EDUCATION FOR VISITNG LEARNERS AT UP HEALTH SYSTEM MARQUETTE. WE RECRUIT WELL-QUALIFIED CANDIDATES AND EDUCATE THEM TO BECOME COMPETENT AND COMPASSIONATE PHYSICIANS, SKILLED TO CARE FOR THE CITIZENS OF THE UPPER PENINSULA OF MICHIGAN.

MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY (PREDOCTORAL EDUCATION) - TO PROVIDE MEDICAL EDUCATION TO STUDENTS OF MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY'S COLLEGE OF HUMAN MEDICINE. CLINICAL INSTRUCTION IN YEARS THREE AND FOUR OF MEDICAL SCHOOL ARE PROVIDED IN AN OFF-CAMPUS RURAL SETTING.
