MOUNT JUMBO WESTSIDE LITTLE LEAGUE HAS A RELATIVELY UNIQUE FIELD-MANAGEMENT ARRANGEMENT AMONG LITTLE LEAGUES. OUR SEVEN-FIELD COMPLEX IS LOCATED ON COUNTY LAND, AS PART OF THE BIG SKY PARK. WE ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP OF NOT ONLY THE AFOREMENTIONED FIELDS, BUT ALSO OF THE PUBLIC TRAILS, PICNIC AREA, PARKING LOTS, CLUBHOUSE, STRUCTURES, AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS THAT GO ALONG WITH THEM.LAST YEAR, OVER 550 CHILDREN REGISTERED WITH US FOR LITTLE LEAGUE PLAY AND WE STARTED THE PROCESS OF BUILDING A NEW FIELD AND HOPE TO HAVE IT READY FOR PLAY IN 2024. THE NEARBY HIGH SCHOOL HAS CONTACTED US ABOUT USING OUR FACILITIES FOR BASEBALL PRACTICE AND GAMES, AND IN THE SUMMER OF 2023, WE WILL BE HOSTING THE POOL PLAY TOURNAMENT GAMES FOR OUR DISTRICT.
