CLINICS SERVEDMETROHEALTH CENTER FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH: BROADWAY HEALTH CENTER, BUCKEYE HEALTH CENTER, J. GLEN SMITH HEALTH CENTER, LEE-HARVARD HEALTH CENTER, THOMAS F.
