THE GOAL OF DAWN FARM IS TO ASSIST ADDICTS AND ALCOHOLICS IN ACHIEVING LONG TERM RECOVERY. DAWN FARM WILL IDENTIFY AND REMOVE BARRIERS THAT PREVENT ADDICTS AND ALCOHOLICS FROM JOINING THE RECOVERING COMMUNITY.

DAWN FARM IS A PRIVATE, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES TREATMENT AND RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS AND ADDICTION. PROGRAMS INCLUDE WITHDRAWAL MANAGEMENT, SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, OUTPATIENT TREATMENT, CASE MANAGEMENT AND PEER SUPPORT, AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING. DAWN FARM ALSO PROVIDES SPECIAL OUTREACH PROGRAMS TO PEOPLE WHO ARE PREGNANT, CUSTODIAL PARENTS, AND PEOPLE CURRENTLY INCARCERATED. DAWN FARM ALSO PROVIDES PUBLIC EDUCATION ABOUT ADDICTION AND RECOVERY TO INCREASE AWARENESS AND REDUCE STIGMA ABOUT THE DISEASE. DAWN FARM SERVED 205 PEOPLE IN LONG-TERM RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT IN 2021. LONG-TERM RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS AN AVERAGE LENGTH OF THREE TO FOUR MONTHS. THE DAWN FARM SPERA RECOVERY CENTER HAD 212 ADMISSIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL MANAGEMENT AND 165 ADMISSIONS FOR SHORT-TERM RESIDENTIAL SERVICES IN 2021. DAWN FARM TRANSITIONAL HOUSING HAD 275 ADMISSIONS IN 2021, INCLUDING SIX FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN.
