THE SPINA BIFIDA ASSOCIATION OF GREATER NEW ENGLAND IS AN AFFILIATED CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL SPINA BIFIDA ASSOCIATION, WITH A MISSION TO BUILD A BETTER AND BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR ALL THOSE IMPACTED BY SPINA BIFIDA.SBAGNE WORKS TO SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH SPINA BIFIDA AS THEY REACH FOR THEIR GOALS AND PURSUE A MORE FULFILLING LIFE. THE BOARD CONSISTS OF PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH SPINA BIFIDA, ADULTS WITH SPINA BIFIDA, AND DEDICATED PROFESSIONALS WORKING TOGETHER TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT THE GREATER NEW ENGLAND AREA. THE GOAL IS TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF THOSE AFFECTED BY SPINA BIFIDA THROUGH EDUCATION, SUPPORT, COMMUNITY BUILDING, ADVOCACY, AND PUBLIC AWARENESS.IMPACT OF COVID-19:THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK IN THE UNITED STATES HAS CAUSED BUSINESS DISRUPTION THROUGH MANDATED AND VOLUNTARY CLOSINGS OF ORGANIZATIONS. WHILE THE DISRUPTION IS CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO BE TEMPORARY, THERE IS CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY AROUND ITS IMPACT.
