EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION BETWEEN ITS MEMBERS (THROUGH ITS TASK FORCES AND CHAPTERS) & INTERNATIONAL PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS. IN 2023, IWRA HELD ITS 18TH WORLD WATER CONGRESS IN BEIJING, CHINA, UNDER THE THEME OF "WATER FOR ALL: HARMONY BETWEEN HUMANS AND NATURE", ATTENDED BY 3,000 PEOPLE. IT ALSO HELD A 3RD ONLINE WATER CONFERENCE ON "EMERGING POLLUTANTS: PROTECTING WATER QUALITY FOR THE HEALTH OF PEOPLE AND THE ENVIRONMENT'' IN PARTNERSHIP WITH UNESCO. IT PUBLISHED 8 ISSUES OF ITS JOURNAL "WATER INTERNATIONAL", 7 POLICY BRIEFS, HELD 8 WEBINARS, AND EXPANDED ITS NUMBER OF CHAPTERS AND TASK FORCES. IT ACTIVELY PARTICIPATED IN THE UN WATER CONFERENCE HELD IN MARCH. IT CONTINUED PROJECTS ON SMART WATER MANAGEMENT WITH K-WATER (SOUTH KOREA) AND ON WATER SECURITY WITH UNESCO IWSSM.
