ADVOCACY EXPENSES INCURRED TO PROVIDE A COHERENT PRIVATE SCHOOL VOICE IN THE EDUCATION COMMUNITY AND TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL PLURALISM SO THAT PARENTS HAVE A CHOICE IN THE SCHOOLING OF THEIR CHILDREN. COUNCIL IS A COALITION OF 20 NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUPPORT PRIVATE LEVELS K-12 EDUCATION.
