LITIGATION - REPRESENTED INDIVIDUALS AND CLASSES OF PEOPLE IN IMPACT LITIGATION. THE ORGANIZATION SPECIALIZED IN CASES RELATING TO SEX DISCRIMINATION, SEXUAL HARRASSMENT, FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE, DISCRIMINATORY WORKING CONDITIONS, FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES DISCRIMINATION, AND UNEQUAL TREATMENT AND DISCRIMINATION IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS RECEIVING FEDERAL FUNDING. THE ORGANIZATION UTILIZES LITIGATION TO ADVANCE THE RIGHTS OF THE MOST MARGINALIZED WOMEN WORKERS AND STUDENTS PARTICULARLY LOW-INCOME, IMMIGRANTS, AND WOMEN OF COLOR.
