THE LARGEST PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENT IS TO ADVANCE GARDENING AMONG AMATEURS, STIMULATE INTEREST AND INCREASE KNOWLEDGE IN HORTICULTURE, AID IN PROTECTION OF NATIVE FLORA AND FAUNA, AND ENCOURAGE CIVIC PLANTING. THE GARDEN CLUB HOLDS OPEN GARDEN DAYS TO ENCOURAGE INTEREST IN LOCAL FLOWER GARDENS AND TO SUPPORT LOCAL AGENCIES AND NON-PROFITS THAT PROMOTE, MAINTAIN AND ENCOURAGE AN INTEREST IN HORTICULTURE.
