TO PROMOTE IN THE INTEREST OF THE COLLEGE COMMUNITY, A PROGRAM OF SERVICE, SOCIAL ACTIVITY, AND EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS THROUGH THE EXPENDITURE OF THE STUDENT ACTIVITY FEE ORGANIZED TO SERVE THE STUDENT BODY AGENCY IN THE PRESENTATION OF STUDENT OPINION ON MATTERS AFFECTING STUDENT LIFE AND AFFAIRS.

THE STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE AT OSWEGO STUDENT ASSOCIATION, INC. IS COMPRISED OF VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS CARRYING ON STUDENT ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, THESE ACTIVITIES ARE FINANCED FROM THE PROCEEDS OF MANDATORY FEES LEVIED EACH SEMESTER ON STUDENTS ATTENDING THE COLLEGE. DISBURSEMENTS OF THE FEES COLLECTED ARE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ANNUAL BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE COLLEGE'S STUDENT SENATE.
