RESOURCE UNIT - HOMES FOR BLACK CHILDREN EVALUATES FAMILIES AND CHILDREN FOR ADOPTION PLACEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION MAKES ADOPTION PLACEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS UNDER THE CONSENT OF THE COURTS AND THE MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES.
