SHALOM HOUSE PROVIDES AN ARRAY OF COMMUNITY-BASED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND A CHOICE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING RANGING FROM TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND GROUP HOMES TO INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS. ONCE BASIC NEEDS HAVE BEEN MET, PEOPLE'S LIVES CAN BECOME MORE STABLE. OUR GOAL IS TO HELP PEOPLE WITH SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS ADDRESS PERSONAL GOALS, RECEIVE SERVICES, TAKE MEDICATIONS, AND ONCE AGAIN BECOME A VITAL PART OF THE COMMUNITY.

RESIDENTIAL HOUSINGRESIDENTIAL HOUSING FOR MENTALLY ILL INDIVIDUALS UTILIZING GROUP HOMES AND APARTMENTS WITH VARIOUS LEVELS OF SUPPORT TO FOSTER INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS.


RENTAL ASSISTANCE & SUBSIDIESADMINSTRATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF STATE AND FEDERAL RENTAL ASSISTANCE SUBSIDIES, INCLUDING SHELTER PLUS CARE SUBSIDIZED HOUSING.
