ACLU ALASKA ADVOCATES TO PROTECT AND EXPAND CIVIL LIBERTIES IN ALASKA, WHICH INCLUDES PARTICIPATING IN LAWSUITS AS A PARTY AND AS COUNSEL IN THE COURTS TO DEFED YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND EXPAND YOUR CIVIL LIBERTIES. WE SPECIALIZE IN IMPACT LITIGATION, WHICH MEANS THAT WE CAREFULLY AND THOUGHTFULLY REPRESENT CLIENTS IN LAWSUITS THAT HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO NOT JUST HELP THEM, BUT ALSO A LARGE NUMBER OF ALASKANS. ACLU ALASKA ALSO EDUCATES ALASKANS ABOUT THEIR RIGHTS UNDER THE UNITED STATES AND ALASKA CONSTITUTIONS.
