SHARE AIDS LOW INCOME FAMILIES THROUGH ITS FAMILY ASSISTANCE FOOD CLOTHING FURNITURE BACK-TO-SCHOOL SUPPLIES AND COMPUTER DONATION PROGRAMS.

FAMILY ASSISTANCE - SHARE PROVIDES RENT UTILITIES MEDICAL DENTAL ASSISTANCE AND EDUCATION AND TRAINING SUPPORT FOR ITS CLIENTS. DURING THE PANDEMIC AND CONTINUING THIS YEAR SHARE HAS PROVIDED ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE TO FAIRFAX COUNTY BY DISTRIBUTING THE COUNTY'S FEDERAL CARES ERA AND OTHER FUNDS TO LANDLORDS AND UTILITY COMPANIES ON BEHALF OF CLIENTS.
HOLIDAY SEASONAL PROGRAM - SHARE PROVIDES ITS CLIENTS GROCERY AND RETAIL GIFT CARDS FOR THE DECEMBER HOLIDAYS AS WELL AS GIFT CARD AND HOUSEHOLD SUNDRIES SUCH AS TOILETRIES AT VARIOUS TIMES DURING THE YEAR.
FOOD AND CLOTHING - SHARE OPERATES A FOOD PANTRY AND CLOTHING ROOM IN SPACE PROVIDED BY A LOCAL CHURCH. CLIENTS ARE PERMITTED TO VISIT THE PANTRY TWO TIMES PER MONTH. THE PANTRY IS OPEN FOR VISITS ON MOST WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY MORNINGS. IN SOME INSTANCES GROCERY GIFT CARDS ARE DISTRIBUTED IN ADDITION TO GROCERIES.
