ADULT SERVICES SERVED 436 ADULTS IN FY21 WITH DEVELOPMENTAL AND ACQUIRED DISABILITIES THROUGH RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, DAY PROGRAMMING, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, AND SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICES. LIFESCAPE USES A PERSON-CENTERED AND SELF-DIRECTED APPROACH TO HELPING PEOPLE LEAD FULFILLING LIVES WITH AS MUCH INDEPENDENCE AS POSSIBLE.
