LOCATED ON KINGDSBRIDGE ROAD, THE NEW JEWISH HOME, HARRY AND JEANETTE WEINBERG CAMPUS, BRONX WAS A 714 BED LONG TERM CARE AND REHABILITATION FACILITY OFFERING ALZHERIMER'S/DEMENTIA SPEACIAL CARE COMMUNITIES INCLUDING THE NORMA AND JOSEPH SAUL ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE COMMUNITY, ADULT DAY HEALTHCARE PROGRAMS, SENIOR HOUSING, SOCIAL SERVICES, GERIATRIC SUBSTANCE ABUSE RECOVERY PROGRAM, RELIGIOUS LIFE AND PASTORAL CARE PROGRAMS, PALLIATIVE CARE, IN-HOUSE HEMODIALYSIS, AND THE SWALLOWING CENTER.
