DISBURSED TO NMSU SPEECH & HEARING CENTER TO BE USED FOR EDUCATION, TESTING AND EVALUATION OF PERSONS WITH SPEECH AND HEARING DIFFICULTIES. ALSO PROVIDED FUNDING FOR NMSU GRADUATE STUDENTS IN SPEECH PATHOLOGY TO GO TO PERU TO ASSIST IMPOVERISHED CHILDREN WITH SPEECH DISORDERS.
