THE PVP COUNCIL PROVIDES THE NECESSARY FUNDS TO ALLOW OFFICERS TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL CALIFORNIA STATE PTA CONVENTION. IT ALSO PROVIDES FOR CONTINUITY TO SMOOTH TRANSITIONS BY SPONSORING WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR ALL INCOMING OFFICERS OF PTA/PTSA UNITS.
