HOMES ARE PURCHASED OR BUILT AND SUBSEQUENTLY SOLD TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES. CHAC HOLDS THE CONTRACTS OF SALE ON SEVEN HOMES ON WHICH THE CLIENTS MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON THE MORTGAGE LOAN. ONE CLIENT PAID OFF THEIR MORTGAGE IN 2021. SEVEN HOMES ARE BEING RENTED WHILE AWAITING NEWLY-APPROVED CLIENTS.
