PROVIDED LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND PARTICIPATED IN OVER 30 LAWSUITS AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS ON A WIDE RANGE OF ISSUES, INCLUDING INVOLVEMENT IN A SUCCESSFUL LAWSUIT IN THE U.S. SUPREME COURT CASE DEALING WITH FOURTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS IN THE HOME; THE SETTLEMENT OF A TITLE IX LAWSUIT ENSURING GENDER EQUITY IN ATHLETIC PROGRAMS AT BROWN UNIVERSITY; SUCCESSFUL RESOLUTION OF A LAWSUIT CHALLENGING A CITY'S BAN ON PANHANDLING OR LEAFLETTING FROM ROADWAY MEDIANS; AND THE SUCCESSFUL SETTLEMENT OF A FREE SPEECH LAWSUIT ON BEHALF OF A CONSTITUENT WHO HAD BEEN BLOCKED FROM THEIR MAYOR'S FACEBOOK PAGE.
